YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (CRA), when you buy goods in person from a High Street retailer, you have the right to a refund, repair, replacement or compensation if goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.

If you order an item online and collect it in person, the transaction is treated as an in-store sale and is not covered by distance-selling refund laws.

Your statutory rights still apply.

ADDITIONAL RETURN POLICY
In addition to your legal rights, you may be able to return goods if you change your mind, under the following conditions:

• Goods must be unused, in original unopened packaging
• You must present your original till receipt
• Return requests must be made within 14 days of collection
• Accepted returns will receive a credit note or exchange only
