YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (CRA) when you buy goods in person from a High Street retailer, in law you have a number of rights as a consumer. These include the right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or misdescribed.

When you order an item online, you have the right to full refund at the time of collection. If you accept an item you have ordered online in person, you have the same legal rights as a sale in person. 

The Beach • Glastonbury MUSIC SHOP is a local business for local musicians and does not offer shipping on any items. 

OUR POLICY
In addition to your legal rights, in some instances you may be allowed to return goods if you simply change your mind. 

Items must be unused goods and in the original unopened packaging with the original till receipt.

Returns must be negotiated within 14 days of collection and you will only be offered an exchange or a credit note.
